    Brick Curds 1 lb On the day of production and after the brick cheese is pressed.  The brick cheese is cubed and salted while it is still very mild.  Brick Curds have become a signature snack at Widmer's. Heritage: Brick is a Wisconsin original, first made by John Jossi around 1877. Some Brick cheeses resemble Germany

      This cheese is just plain FUN! All One has to do is open the bag, tilt back their heads and toss the curds in! :-)) Its easy to carry along and, oh yes,
      Larry and the Dogs and cat love these as well
