When I was a child and later a teenager, I visited Grandma's southeastern Minnesota farm in the summer. We'd cross the bridge into Wisconsin to "the creamery", and pick up this delicious brick cheese that you couldn't get near my home in California. Remembering those times, I impulsively ordered Widmer's aged brick cheese as a Christmas gift to myself. It's not just as good as I remember, it's BETTER! Smooth, creamy, tangy, with a long finish... fantastic, and even with shipping it's a good deal!
