We look forward to this time of year. This is because were able to order the Brick Cheese. I know we can get in the summer but it has to stay cold. So the cost of shipping in the summer puts out of range.
As the cheese ages the taste gets better everyday. You will not be disappointed ordering this cheese. I would bet you order another right after finishing the first one....
