Description
Widmers Aged Brick Spread 8 oz. A Blue Ribbon Winner made from a blend of Aged Brick and White Cheddar, this delectable spread from Wisconsin will keep you coming back for more. It is best served on crackers, or spread it on your favorite sandwich which includes both grilled cheese and burgers. Heritage: Brick is a Wisconsin original, first made by John Jossi around 1877. Some Brick cheeses resemble European wash rind type cheeses.

I like this product more than regular brick cheese.

We sampled this scrumptious spread last fall during a tour of Widmer’s facility and bought several tubs then. After several months, we were “Jones-ing” for it again and had some shipped to Colorado. MMMMMM – just as delicious as we remembered! Should have bought more. A buttery smooth, tangy, cheesy goes-with-everything delectable delight.

I wish Widmer’s would make this available in 16 oz. , This 8 oz. is GONE B/4 it makes it around our table .

The Brick cheese spread is the best ever! I have used it on crackers but love it on fresh vegetables also. It is creamy enough to “dip” the vegetables and crackers through it. The cheddar taste is delicious.
I first bought it at Rouses in Gulf Shores, Alabama and wanted more, so when I returned home to Ozark MO, I looked for it, to no avail, so ordered it directly from Widmer’s.
I will be a steady customer from now on.

Sampled your product at Nino’s Cooking School at Rouse’s Market in Gulf Shores. They had 8 cases before the 3 classes that day. We were at the last one and they sold out before we could get any. Friends had to leave for home before Rouse’s were restocked. So we ordered them a couple of containers to try. They love it. It is back in stock in Rouse’s and we have the refrigerator stocked in our motor home before we return to Missouri.
I am thinking I will buy some more. I don’t want to run out.
Perfect blend of your two cheeses…… creamy and delightfully sharp, but not overwhelming.

I keep telling people that this product should be illegal. It is the crack cocaine of cheese even though it is a process cheese and this is from a cheese snob. Guests just love this product.

This cheese spread is so fantastic it should be a controlled substance.

I am the office manager for a small Public Accounting firm..about 32 team members in total. During tax season every year, I try my best to keep wonderful snacking things in the breakroom to ease the long days. One of the absolute favorites, every year, is a wide selection of Widmers best things. CPA’s are commonly found skipping down the hallway on their way to the breakroom…when they hear Widmers is back in stock.
My wife and I order a number of Widmer favorites each year at Christmas time too…Kienast Summer Sausage, Brick spread, Brick and Aged Cheddar…simply everyone’s favorites. We plan to visit Theresa Wisconsin and Widmers when we retire, so we can see the magic being made. Thank You for making the best cheese anywhere!!!

Love this on a Trisket. Best to use a plain Trisket so you can taste the flavor of the cheese spread. I’ll be stocking up on this!

We absolutely love the Widmer brick as it’s the only brick cheese we purchase. When I saw the Brick cheese spread, I was so excited as we love the Brick cheese. We served it at Christmas and unfortunately had a strong harsh taste which sort of smelled like blue cheese which is not what we were thinking. Is this normal?
