1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 pound Wisconsin Brick cheese, finely shredded
1 tablespoon coriander (optional)
Defrost and raise bread, according to package directions. Re-knead it and roll out on a floured board. Add flour until it does not stick to hands or board. Roll out dough to a thickness of 1/2-inch. Cut circles with a round cookie cutter. P1ace on greased cookie sheet. Mix egg, butter, cheese and seasoning. Beat until smooth. Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into the center of each dough round. Pull dough up around cheese and seal at center. Allow to rise for 10 minutes. Brush each tart with beaten egg. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
