I wanted to try all the aged cheese after trying the 6 and 10 year, which I liked. It’s good by itself, but I made a plain quesadilla with just the 4 year aged cheese on it and I loved it.

If myHhusband could be said to be a “Snob”, its only with regards to cheddar cheeses. After tasting this product for the 1st time, Larry (Husband), looke a Me w/ a funny look on his face. I asked Him what was wrong, He paused, and said,”Jaqui, this has to be the PERFECT cheddar cheese!” I tried it and, He was RIGHT!!!!
