Oh, goodness, what a lovely cheese. I’m now spoiled and cannot bother with any other cheddar. Pairs rather nicely with a 2016 French Vouvray. The texture and the intense lingering cheddar flavor are divine. I’ve heard others rave about it in the past and I’m sorry it took me this long to try it. Highly recommend!!

I’m not really a cheese person. I bought this for the wife. She absolutely LOVES it… I once got up in middle of night…heard something rustling around a bit…. heading towards kitchen and noticed a light in there….
Got to the kitchen and the wife was standing at the fridge with her back to me (she didn’t hear me as I wasn’t sure if it was someone sneaking inside the house so I was quiet…)
None the less, she was standing at the fridge, door wide open with her head looking down and arms doing something in front of her….
She was eating some of this aged cheese. Once I saw that, I knew it was a home run.
Ended up buying some for Xmas gifts (and sent them early with instructions to open box) and reports back on those are also home runs.

This cheddar is so good!………great crystalization…very strong and rich….just what a cheddar should be.

I didn’t know what real cheese tasted like. I managed to locate a 12 year old bottle of wine and finally understand what an excellent cheese and wine can do. As soon as I finish this block I will order another. Now you have me looking for a 14 year old cheese. Customer service was excellent and delivery fast. Once again AWSOME really doesn’t do it justice it just melts in your mouth.
