This is a good example of aged cheddar. A bit crumbly, good flavor with a little bite, a maybe a touch of salt crunch inside. Not over the top in any direction, well balanced, well done.

My husband has this thing for sharp cheddar cheese. Grocery store brands say “sharp”, but they really aren’t and they lack flavor. We have tried other brands and then I just stumbled onto this site and we are converts. I know that my husband will want to have this cheese in the refrigerator at all times!
