I went to a family reunion in Wisconsin and they served a brick cheese! I fell in love with it, it was so good. On our way back to Washington I purchased some brick at a cheese store. When I got home I was so disappointed it tasted nothing like what I had at the reunion. I contacted my cousin and said I think you gave me the wrong info on the cheese I liked I bought some brick and that was not it! She said “Oh I’m sorry I forgot to tell you we are brick snobs Widmer’s is the ONLY brick we will eat” I have been getting it shipped to Washington ever since. Try it you won’t be disappointed! Caution you will also become a brick snob!

I’m not a big cheese person but I sit and eat this cheese just by itself. The taste and texture are perfection. I was introduced to this brick cheese by a friend several years ago and now buy 4-6 bricks at a time at least twice a year.

Wisconsin Brick is a hard cheese to find. When you find a ‘really good’ one you can’t get enough of it. ‘Really Good’ describes this cheese to a Tee.
This cheese is very close to the ‘Bon Brie’ cheese we got in Mapleton, WI as a kid – great!

I love this brick! Best brick ever! When ever I am at a store its the first thing I look for in the cheese section. I dont find it often at the store , I was glad I found I can order this on line. I have a friend that lives close to the cheese store so he would bring me some as a surprise. I dont share it very often. But so glad I can now get it on line. Best tasting brick in the world,

There is no other cheese in existence that can even hold a candle to this cheese. A grilled cheese sandwich is an utter disappointment with any other cheese than this. It holds it’s shape under heat, and you actually bite through cheese rather than two pieces of bread with a little cheese sauce between them.

During my young childhood in Milwaukee, on a weekly basis mom purchased the Mild Brick cheese. Everyone in the family looked forward to the best cheese in the world!

This great Wisconsin cheese is not available in Florida. I always bought it when I lived in the Midwest. At Christmas each year, I order one for my sister-in-law & her husband and, one for my husband & me. It has such a great flavor. Not too strong or too mild. It is the best with crackers or sliced for sandwiches. Wish I could get it locally.

This mild brick cheese is the best tasting cheese we have ever had. We are originally from Wisconsin and whenever we are back visiting, we have to buy some cheese to take back to Indiana with us. Thank God for the internet! For Years, the only way we could get this, the BEST and most Sublime of Wisconsin’s cheeses was to either have relatives from Crandon, Wi. to bring us down some, or mail money to said relatives in order for them to mail us some. Now with the internet, we can buy all the most wonderful Brick cheese in Wisconsin. Given the sublime, smooth, and crème like texture and flavor, I can tell You all oft of all the cheeses made in Wisconsin, this is THR Cheese of Wisconsin!
